The Little Orchestra Society, with Dino Anagnost as Conductor, plays April 26, 2010 at 7:30pm
at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center.

Sigourney Weaver (Avatar) and Robert Cuccioli (Broadway's Jekyll and Hyde) join the The Little Orchestra Society and Dino Anagnost in a musical tribute to humanity's dream of flight. We will explore the majesty and mystery of flight, from the early Greeks, the Wright brothers, Charles Lindbergh and Amelia Earhart, through NASA's missions to the moon, our solar system, and beyond.

The music will be enhanced by spectacular images curated by multimedia designer Elliott Forrest, including HD video and high resolution images provided by NASA.

Program Includes:
The Airborne Symphony, Marc Blitzstein
Symphony No.2, Samuel Barber
Musica Celestis, Aaron Jay Kernis
Night Flight, Gardner Read
The Lindbergh Flight, Kurt Weill
