Canadian Brass at Popejoy Hall

Canadian Brass returns to Popejoy Hall for a festive evening of holiday music on December 13, 2024. The ensemble features founding member Chuck Daellenbach on tuba, Jeff Nelson on French horn, Achilles Liarmakopoulos on trombone, Dr. Mikio Sasaki on trumpet, and Joe Burgstaller on trumpet. Their concert, titled Making Spirits Bright, includes original arrangements and unique interpretations of holiday classics such as “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” and “Silver Bells.” With a rich history dating back to 1970, Canadian Brass continues to delight audiences worldwide with their blend of virtuosity and entertainment.
