Jonas revealed that The Last Five Years is a show he has loved 'for a very long time' and Warren admires it for Brown's score, whom she calls 'one of the greatest songwriters of our time.' Tonight at the Tony Awards, Universal dropped a new teaser for the upcoming Wicked movie. The Wicked film adaptation stars Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba and Ariana Grande as Glinda. Joining them is Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, Ethan Slater as Boq, Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible, and Jeff Goldblum as the Wizard. Watch the new teaser now!

On the Tony Awards red carpet, performer Andrew Rannells told CBS that he will no longer be appearing in the Broadway production of the new musical Tammy Faye. It was announced in February that he would be reprising his Oliver-nominated performance as Jim Bakker, which is due to hit Broadway later this year at the newly refurbished Palace Theater. 

According to reports, Alicia Keys and Jay-Z have been added to the list of those performing at the 77th Tony Awards. The artists will sing the song Empire State of Mind, which is featured in the Tony-Award nominated musical Hell's Kitchen, currently playing at the Shubert Theatre.

Saban Films’ KNOX GOES AWAY will make its streaming debut on Max in the U.S. on FRIDAY, JULY 26. The film will be available on HBO and will make its linear debut on SATURDAY, JULY 27 at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Apple TV+ has unveiled the trailer for its highly anticipated, ten-episode darkly comedic mystery series “Sunny.' The series will premiere globally on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 with the first two episodes, followed by one new episode every Wednesday through September 4, 2024. Midge Ure adds more dates to his late summer North American tour that will kick off at Daryl's house in Pawling, NY on August 7. The gigs dubbed 'Band In A Box' will take Midge across North America and back, wrapping up in Ft. Lauderdale on September 12. New dates include West Coast, Southeast and Texas shows.
