SEPTEMBER 1 Jenny Green fresh from appearing at the Marlborough Jazz festival in July, Jenny brings her British Songbook to the Pheasantry. Celebrating classic songs and little known gems penned by writers such as Campbell&Connelly, Ray Noble, Jack Strachey, to Tony Hatch, The Beatles Elvis Costello and many more. Ticket price: £15

SEPTEMBER 2 MO PLEASURE & FRIENDS The multi-talented, multi-instrumentalist, American superstar Mo Pleasure, has an exceptional career working with so many of the world's top artists including Ray Charles (MD), Earth Wind & Fire (MD), Michael Jackson, George Duke, Roberta Flack to name a few. Currently Musical Director for Bette Midler, Mo is also a very experienced top end producer and arranger, instruments include keys, bass and trumpet to world-class standards! SEPTEMBER 4 SUBURBARET cabaret songs inspired by life in the suburbs! Host Gareth Edward has gathered his favourite singers from Suburbaret, his suburban themed cabaret show, for this annual special: Songs of Suburbia. Ticket price: £14

SEPTEMBER 7 KIT & McCONNEL Out To Lunch. Kit Hesketh Harvey, (best known for thirty years as the singer-songwriter of Kit and the Widow, 'Just A Minute' veteran and co-star on the first-ever BBC Comedy Proms at the Albert Hall) and pianist and occasional accordionist - James McConnel (fellow Sondheim pupil and love-child of Hugh Grant and Prince Andrew), return to the Pheasantry in a programme of newly minted original songs, both hilarious and moving. They will explore contemporary events and local scandals and the extraordinary vagaries of the human heart. SEPTEMBER 11 Sarah Jane Morris with TONY REMY AND TIM CANSFIELD. Famed for her association with the Communards in the mid-80s and infamous for a banned rendition of the classic 'Me and Mrs Jones', Sarah Jane Morris has always attracted as much attention for her politics as for her soul-driven, seismic voice. Sarah Jane presents the music from her album 'Bloody Rain' plus performing her hits including 'Don't Leave me this Way'. SEPTEMBER 12 - 14 Janie Dee and THE GENTLEMEN fresh from performing Cleopatra with Shakespeare's Globe at the legendary Hollywood Bowl, award-winning actress and singer Janie Dee returns to The Pheasantry with her brand new cabaret 'Janie Dee and The Gentlemen'. Together with her musicians and friends, Janie will present work by some of the best-loved British and American songwriters, as well as new work by talented emerging writers. Ticket price: £25


SEPTEMBER 15 Babs Savage So Babulous Babs Savage, born and bred Londoner, has been performing and recording since the age of 15. A highly acclaimed pop/soul r&b artist, Babs is joined by her five-piece London band, Gunfire, for one night only. Ticket price: £15

SEPTEMBER 16 THREE LITTLE MAIDS back by popular demand, the Three Little Maids return to The Pheasantry for an evening of cheeky, charming, close-harmony cabaret. SEPTEMBER 17 LITTLE BIG HORN featuring Louise Jones. American vibraphonist and vocalist Dave Hammer was looking to blend the punchy impact of a big band with the compact versatility of a Vegas nightclub's house band. The result is Little Big Horn. The Pheasantry set promises to be a tour de force with classics by Ellington, Basie and Goodman (Cotton Tail, Shorty George, Life Goes to a Party). SEPTEMBER 18 THE MUSIC OF Scott Evan Davis Sunday Show Tunes presents Composer/Lyricist, Scott Evan Davis and special UK guests, performing music from his first album, as well as from NEXT, the composer's new, critically lauded recording. Ticket price: £15

SEPTEMBER 19 CYGNUS FLARE are a London based trio with international roots. Formed with a shared passion for jazz, Latin, fusion and classical music and heavily influenced by Chick Corea's Elektric Band and Tigran Hamasyan. Busy composing their own unique flavour of progressive Latin-jazz, they are now hitting the best jazz clubs across London. Armenian pianist Arman Vardanyan, bassist David Horler, and drummer Caroline Scott are three exciting young professional musicians who have come together to fuse their vast musical influences into a fresh new sound that explores their individual love of styles as diverse as Armenian folk music and grunge-rock within a jazz trio setting. SEPTEMBER 21 RHIANNON DRAKE a Pheasantry regular Rhiannon celebrates the life and songs of the late Marni Nixon, the 'voice behind the stars.' With music from 'My Fair Lady', 'The Sound of Music', 'West Side Story' and many other classic films/shows, the evening promises to be a true celebration of musical theatre and its hidden star. SEPTEMBER 23 EDANA MINGHELLA QUARTET Songs of Love and Longing the popular Brighton-based vocalist, Edana Minghella, sings beautiful love songs, heart-breaking standards and dirty blues, celebrating and lamenting 'Love and Longing'. Influenced by the great divas, from Sarah Vaughan to Joni Mitchell, Edana is currently attracting much attention in the jazz world, thanks in part to her widely acclaimed second album, 'All or Nothing: Songs from the Billie Holiday Songbook'. The album showcases Edana's great strengths: raw emotional impact and the ability to connect directly with her listeners. Tonight's audience can expect a moving, uplifting and intimate performance, including tracks from the album, performed with regular collaborators, Barry Green (piano), Pete Maxfield (double bass) and Lee Goodall (alto sax). SEPTEMBER 24 Elaine Delmar and her musicians appearing for Afasic. Elaine Delmar has long been established as a singer of the very highest calibre - with the voice, looks and personality that have captivated worldwide audiences. She is equally at home, whether entertaining a concert audience, or performing in the more intimate cabaret/small theatre setting like The Pheasantry and a regular at the world famous Ronnie Scott's Club. SEPTEMBER 25 BELLA BARLOW The Food of Love Cabaret . Barlow & Barlow - A Daddy and Daughter duo bring an evening of music to the Pheasantry celebrating Shakespeare to Sondheim, a love of the piano and some jazz favourites with a twist. The evening will include some original compositions by Andrew Barlow & writing duo Barlow & Smith (Shortlisted for The Kevin Spacey Foundation Artists of Choice Award 2015, songs heard at The Globe/Theatre Royal Haymarket), alongside familiar tunes and comedy duos. SEPTEMBER 26 THE NEW LONDON COUNTRY BAND, a new five-piece country band consisting of professional musicians from around the globe. The lead singer Jon Brosnan, a professional singer/songwriter from Ireland, will be performing many of his own original country songs.

He is supported by Hugh Bestic, trained with the late Gary Moore and played for Praying Mantis. Bass player Casey Cramp top independent record producer and musician enjoys playing all styles of music. Ausvydas Kupcinskas, a very talent young keyboard player, BA in Jazz and now working with the independent Label Dreamscope productions.

Drummer, Serge Bednarchik, is a master of the drums from a very early age, playing all styles of music including the symphony orchestra. Ticket price: £10

SEPTEMBER 27 -30 Dillie Keane takes a short break from her Fascinating Aïda gal pals as she returns to The Pheasantry with her first solo show in 557 years. With some brand new songs, some grand old favourites, gorgeous songs of love and songs of disgraceful filth, Dillie will break your heart, mend it again and have it sent to the cleaners for pressing. And she'll give you her recipe for chutney while she's at it. Ticket price: £20
