This Week's New Classified Listings on BroadwayWorld for 2/25/2021 include new jobs for those looking to work in the theatre industry.

Dorset Theatre Festival has announced the launch of its new Commissioning and Fellowship Program, welcoming returning director Jade King Carroll as Resident Artist, who will design and oversee this program in collaboration with Artistic Director Dina Janis. Carroll will also work with Janis in producing the Festival’s new StageFree Audio Plays.

Amanda Seyfried will receive the Montecito Award at the 36th annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Seyfried will be honored on Friday, April 9th and will be recognized for her impressive career and performance in David Fincher’s MANK from Netflix, for which she recently received Golden Globe and Critic’s Choice nominations.

Rhinebeck Writers Retreat has been approved for a $10,000 Grants for Arts Projects award to support musical theatre writer summer residencies and Triple R - 2 readings and a residency. This is Rhinebeck Writers Retreat's fifth award from the NEA in its ten-year history.

Rhinebeck Writers Retreat is presenting a streamed reading of the new musical TL;DR: THELMA LOUISE; DYKE REMIX, with book and lyrics by EllaRose Chary, music and lyrics by Brandon James Gwinn, and directed by Sherri Eden Barber.

Today we rewind to 2012, when Dogfight opened off-Broadway. Dogfight is a musical with music and lyrics by Pasek & Paul and a book by Peter Duchan. It is an adaptation of Nancy Savoca's 1991 film Dogfight. The Second Stage Theatre production was directed by Joe Mantello, choreographed by Christopher Gattelli, and starred Derek Klena, Lindsay Mendez, Annaleigh Ashford, Josh Segarra and more.
