Dorset Theatre Festival has announced the launch of its new Commissioning and Fellowship Program, welcoming returning director Jade King Carroll as Resident Artist, who will design and oversee this program in collaboration with Artistic Director Dina Janis. Carroll will also work with Janis in producing the Festival’s new StageFree Audio Plays.

Rhinebeck Writers Retreat To Receive $10,000 Grant From The National Endowment For The Arts

Rhinebeck Writers Retreat has been approved for a $10,000 Grants for Arts Projects award to support musical theatre writer summer residencies and Triple R - 2 readings and a residency. This is Rhinebeck Writers Retreat's fifth award from the NEA in its ten-year history.

Broadway Rewind: DOGFIGHT Has Some Kinda Time Off-Broadway

Today we rewind to 2012, when Dogfight opened off-Broadway. Dogfight is a musical with music and lyrics by Pasek & Paul and a book by Peter Duchan. It is an adaptation of Nancy Savoca's 1991 film Dogfight.
