Netflix has released a trailer for the 25th annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor honoring Kevin Hart, which will premiere on Netflix on May 11th during Netflix is a Joke Fest. The ceremony, which was filmed at the Kennedy Center on March 24th, featured a star-studded list of talent including Dave Burd AKA “Lil Dicky,” Dave Chappelle, Jimmy Fallon, Tiffany Haddish, Regina Hall, Chelsea Handler, Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, J.B. Smoove, Robin Thicke and more. 

Netflix has dropped the first look and date announcement for the second season of Unstable, the comedy series starring Rob Lowe and his son John Owen Lowe. Season 2 will drop on the steamer on August 1 with a total of 8 episodes. In this season, Ellis lays out a series of challenges and mind games for Jackson to see if he has what it takes to succeed him as the heir to the Dragon empire, but does a newcomer have other ideas?

According to reports, Billy Magnussen, Sarah Gadon and Hamish Linklater are all set to join Margot Robbie and Colin Farrell in Sony's upcoming imaginative A Big Bold Beautiful Journey. Their roles in the film have not been confirmed and specific plot details have also been kept under wraps. The film is said to center on an emotional connection between two strangers, likely to be Robbie and Farrell.

Two-time GRAMMY®-nominated, Emmy and BAFTA Award-winning composer Bear McCreary has released his epic album The Singularity digitally via Sparks & Shadows Records. The Singularity is an ambitious concept album, graphic novel, and concert experience featuring a legendary lineup of rock talent. The CD and vinyl release come out next week, on May 10. Netflix has released the date announcement and first look for season four of Emily In Paris, featuring Tony nominee Ashley Park. Part 1 of the new season will premiere on August 15, 2024, followed by Part 2 on September 12, 2024. In the date announcement video, the cast is asked to describe the new season in three words. “Chaotic,” “heartbreaking,” “adventurous,” “fashionable,” and “revenge' are among the answers given by the actors.

For his age, Luke Islam has incredible vocal control, range, and awareness of what he wants. Islam’s solo show at the Cutting Room on Sunday April 28th at 7 pm featured a mix of the Broadway classics he grew up on, and R&B classics.
