Sam Smith has teased their appearance on the second season of HBO Max's popular Sex and the City revival, And Just Like That. Cynthia Nixon will return as a director for the second season of AND JUST LIKE THAT... Season one starred Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Sara Ramírez, Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker, Karen Pittman, Mario Cantone, David Eigenberg, and Evan Handler. The second season will also feature the return of John Corbett as Aidan, plus Tony Danza.

Netflix has ordered The Madness, a conspiracy thriller under Chernin Entertainment’s (The North Road Company) first look deal at Netflix. The series will star Colman Domingo (Zola, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, Fear The Walking Dead). The eight-episode series was created and executive produced by Stephen Belber (The Laramie Project).

From executive producer Michael Patrick King, And Just Like That…, brings the iconic characters of Sex and the City back for exciting all-new series, which finds Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) navigating the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s.

John Corbett will return to his Sex and the City role of Aidan Shaw for the second season of And Just Like That... Corbett will have a multi-episode arc on the second season of the series, reprising his role as Carrie Bradshaw's on-and-off-again boyfriend. The new season will also feature Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis.

The HCA reveals a line up of presenters including; Alfonso Herrera, Ana de la Reguera, Auli'i Cravalho, Celina Smith, Chloe Cherry, Colman Domingo, Danny Pudi, Dichen Lachman, Garret Dillahunt, Genevieve Angelson, Hannah Waddingham, Johnny Sibilly, James Lance, Jaren Lewison, Jasmine Cephas Jones, Michelle Visage, and more.

Davis revealed what happened on the phone call to bring the Sex and the City crew back for And Just Like That..., as well the importance of continuing to tell the iconic characters' stories as they get older, hearing feedback from mothers of non-binary and gender fluid kids, and how intense it has been being back in the world of Sex And The City.

Starring and executive produced by Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston, directed by Mimi Leder and produced by the studio Media Res, Hello Sunshine and Echo Films, season three of the broadly acclaimed drama will be showrun and executive produced by Charlotte Stoudt (“Fosse/Verdon,” “Homeland,” “House of Cards”).

Jonathan Groff plays a plastic surgery doctor who meets with Anthony (Mario Cantone) and Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) in the new episode.
