Wexford Festival Opera 2023 promises a packed programme for this year's festival.  As part of the festival's commitment to nurturing a new generation of creative artists, WFO invited applications from young directors and set designers, who are Irish or based in Ireland, to develop stage concepts for the two operas.

This holiday season, bring the family together and cozy up with the classic It's A Wonderful Life, the stage adaptation of the famous Frank Capra film, at Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre.

The too-cool-for-school “Burger Palace Boys” are stealing hub-caps and acting tough and their gum-snapping, chain-smoking “Pink Ladies” are looking hot in bobby sox and pedal pushers. At the heart of the story is the romance between hot-rodding gangster Danny Zuko and the sweet new girl in town, Sandy Dumbrowski. Leg Up On Life is holding its inaugural ART|Pact, benefiting Dancers Responding AIDS on April 1st, 2019 at [le] Poisson Rouge. Doors will open at 7PM. Showtime at 8PM. The evening will be hosted by Leg Up On Life founder, Daniel Gold (national tours of Miss Saigon and Beauty and the Beast).
