Today, CMT revealed the 17 artists to watch in its much-anticipated 2020 LISTEN UP campaign, which recognizes and supports country music's most promising newcomers across CMT platforms. The year-long initiative raises awareness for new artists via support for their music and videos across CMT and CMT Music channels, CMT Hot 20 Countdown, CMT.com and @CMT social media channels, in addition to company-wide opportunities including live events and the ViacomCBS' Times Square NYC Billboard. 

Vevo announces the release of Dustin Lynch's live performances of 'Ridin' Roads' and 'Good Girl.' Country music singer and songwriter Dustin Lynch was born and raised in Tullahoma, Tennessee, and grew up influenced by what he calls 'the class of '89,' Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, and Clint Black, all of whom had their first national success in 1989. Lynch moved to Nashville to attend college and to be closer to country music's epicenter in 2003, renting an apartment behind Nashville's Bluebird Café, famous as a testing and proving ground for young songwriters.

Acclaimed 2-time CMA Group of the Year and 2-time ACM Group of the Year, Old Dominion announce U.S. leg of the “We Are Old Dominion Tour” kicking off in May. The tour will hit 13 cities with Dustin Lynch and Carly Pearce set to open on select dates.

This rising country music artist is making a name for himself in the country music world with his music which fuses his r&b roots. The Country Music Association has revealed the recipients of the 11th annual CMA Triple Play Awards, an honor presented to songwriters who pen three No. 1 songs within a 12-month period based on the Country Aircheck, Billboard Country Airplay and Billboard Hot Country Songs charts.

The tribute to Jackson is also intended to celebrate the impact he has made on artists and musicians in the country music world.

Trevor Rosen, hit songwriter and founding member of ACM and CMA Vocal Group of the Year, Old Dominion, has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with Twelve6 Entertainment. The deal includes publishing on Rosen's existing catalog of hits in addition to his new compositions going forward.

Diplo unveils a second track, “Heartless” featuring Platinum artist, songwriter Morgan Wallen, under his country moniker Thomas Wesley today—listen to the song here, out now on Columbia Records. “Heartless” follows “So Long” featuring Cam and is the second of several forthcoming collaborations due to appear on Diplo's country EP due out this fall.
