The Lie is written and directed by Veena Sud, and stars Mireille Enos (The Killing), Peter Sarsgaard (An Education) and Joey King (The Kissing Booth 2, The Act). When their teenaged daughter confesses to impulsively killing her best friend, two desperate parents attempt to cover up the horrific crime, leading them into a complicated web of lies and deception. The house of horror is opening its doors to a new streaming partnership, Variety reported. Amazon Studios has ordered eight interconnected feature length scares from Jason Blum's horror empire, Blumhouse. 

Disney+ announced today that the moving and inspirational feature film “Clouds” will premiere exclusively on the streaming service this fall.

Katherine Heigl, Harry Connick Jr., and Madison Iseman have signed on to the psychological thriller, I SAW A MAN WITH YELLOW EYES.  Written and directed by Castille Landon, the film will start shooting this week in Tampa and St. Petersburg.

Deadline reports that Rhys Darby will return as Nigel in Sony's Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. Also returning are Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan, and Nick Jonas, along with teens Ser'Darius Blain, Madison Iseman, Morgan Turner, Alex Wolff.
