Beck, Holt To Kick Off More Than Four Weeks of NBC 4 New York's Lvie Coverage From Superbowl and Olympics

NBC 4 New York / WNBC will kick off more than four weeks of exclusive, live coverage from SUPER BOWL LII in Minneapolis, Minnesota and the XXIII Olympic Winter Games from PyeongChang, South Korea, starting Monday January 29.

Delivering Tri-State viewers a unique, behind-the-scenes look at both mega sporting events complete with exclusive interviews and expert analysis, NBC 4 New York's coverage will be led by chief sports anchor Bruce Beck, who will be covering his sixth SUPER BOWL and eighth Olympic Games for the station. Beck was recently named New York "Sportscaster of the Year" by the National Sports Media Association for the ninth time in the past 11 years.

News anchor Stefan Holt will also deliver live updates from the Twin Cities, starting Thursday, February 1, and continuing through SUPER BOWL Sunday. Holt will be covering preparations for SUPER BOWL LII.

NBC 4 New York's coverage of the Winter Olympics will begin on Thursday, February 8 and continue through the closing ceremonies on Sunday, February 25. In addition to Beck's regular reports from PyeongChang, viewers can also tune into NBC 4 New York's special "Olympic Zone" broadcast airing at 7:30 PM on weekdays and Saturdays. Led by News Anchors Natalie Pasquarella and David Ushery, viewers can tune in for daily highlights, updated metal counts and important updates on Tri-State athletes competing in PyeongChang.

Finally, NBCNewYork.com's "4 to Watch" digital series will also debut on February 8, featuring daily previews of the day's Olympic competitions. Digital audiences can also visit the station's website and mobile app and search for the latest news by sport, keep tabs on local athletes and go behind the scenes with Beck throughout his time at the Olympic Games.
