And a Happy Birthday shout-out to Sally Struthers, who turns 68 today!
Struthers last starred on Broadway in Grease and before that The Odd Couple and Wally's Cafe. She also played 'Miss Hannigan' in the '98 national tour of Annie. She is currently appearing in Nice Work If You Can Get It opposite Valerie Harper at Ogunquit Playhouse in Maine. Struthers has also taken the Ogunquit stage in Hello, Dolly!, The Fully Monty, Fiddler on the Roof, All Shook Up, Chicago, Legally Blonde, and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Among her other regional credits are Nonsense, Love Letters, Cinderella, The Drowsy Chaperone, Always...Patsy Cline, 9 to 5 and more. The actress is well known for her roles as 'Gloria Stivic' on the sit-com All in the Family and 'Babette' in Gilmore Girls.
