One of the most powerful and versatile voices in musical theatre. She is best known for playing the role of Nina Rosario in the Tony Award winning musical In The Heights, a role she created Off- Broadway at 37 Arts (Drama Desk Award for Best Ensemble). Mandy was featured in the televised documentary In The Heights: Chasing Broadway Dreams which follows the shows journey to Broadway and beyond. Mandy was last seen starring as Elphaba in the Broadway production of Wicked (Broadway.com award for Best Replacement). She has appeared as Princess Amneris in the Elton John and Tim Rice musical Aida. She also starred in the Broadway show Lennon where she portrayed John Lennon as well as other characters. Mandy made her Broadway debut in Jim Steinman's Dance of the Vampires starring opposite Michael Crawford.

Mandy received an OBIE Award for her performance in the Off-Broadway production of Eli's Comin' directed by Diane Paulus, the musical based on the music and lyrics of singer-songwriter Laura Nyro.

She performs in concerts nationwide and abroad to high acclaim.

The Man Who would be King, and Disney's Mulan 2 as the singing voice of Mei.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, is the new performance venue in the grand tradition of New York City nightlife. A few blocks from the heart of Times Square and just below the legendary Studio 54, 54 BELOW is a classically designed state-of-the art nightclub in the theatre district that hosts audiences with warmth and style. The venue provides a food and beverage menu from early evening through the wee hours of the morning that is worthy of the world-class entertainment on the stage. In their description of 54 BELOW, The New York Times writes "the club has the intimacy of a large living room with unimpeded views and impeccable sound; there is not a bad seat. Its sultry after-hours ambience is enhanced by brocade- patterned wall panels planted with orange-shaded lanterns.
