Love in all its glory will be celebrated in this witty musical comedy revue. I Love You, You're Perfect Now Change, is everything you've secretly thought about dating, romance, marriage, husbands, wives and in-laws, but were afraid to admit.

I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change is a musical comedy with book and lyrics by Joe DiPietro and music by Jimmy Roberts. It is presented in the form of a series of vignettes connected by the central theme of love and relationships. This celebration of the mating game takes on the truths and myths behind that contemporary conundrum known as "the relationship". This hilarious revue pays tribute to those who have loved and lost, to those who have fallen on their face at the portal of romance, to those who have dared to ask, "Say, what are you doing Saturday night?"

In 1995, I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change premiered at New Jersey's American Stage Company, where, in the middle of one early performance, a woman in the audience couldn't help but blurt out, "This is my life!" From that moment on, the creators knew they were on to something. The following season, it moved to New Haven's Long Wharf Theater, and then on August 1st, 1996, opened off-Broadway at The Westside Theater, where it was hailed as "Entirely winning! A show for real people about real people." (Gannett Newspapers).

I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change played for over 5,003 performances and 12 years Off-Broadway becoming the second longest running show and longest running revue in Off-Broadway history. The musical has been showcased in more than 250 cities world-wide including London, Tel Aviv, Amsterdam, Sydney, Seoul, Rio de Janeiro and Johannesburg. In addition to its enormous success, the Off-Broadway production has been the site of 50 marriage proposals.

The Round Barn Theatre production is directed and choreographed by the company's Artistic Director, Amber Burgess, and music directed by New York City cabaretist and song-writer Paul Rigano. It also features RBT alumni actors Rory Dunn, Ryan Schisler, and Josey Miller. They are joined by new-comer and New York actress Lauren Morgan.

I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change opens on Wednesday, April 12, and continues through Sunday, May 21, with 2 p.m. matinees and 8 p.m. evening performances. A complete show schedule, ticket availability, and reservations can be found by calling the Box Office at (800) 800-4942 extension 2 or online at AmishAcres.com.
