Cirque due Soleil will soon sweep the streets of New York City.

BroadwayWorld has just learned that Cirque du Soleil - PARAMOUR's Ruby Lewis and over twenty other Cirque artists will bring their Broadway-Bound magic to the 89th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, Nov. 26, airing from 9 AM - noon on NBC.

The group will appear on the 'Dreamseeker' float which will "span many disciplines including trampoline, dance, contortion, firebreathing, and juggling." Lewis is set to perform the title song from the upcoming Broadway production, penned by Grammy Nominee and two-time Emmy winner Andreas Carlsson. Carlsson has also come aboard the production as co-composer.

Per press notes, "PARAMOUR is a landmark production for Cirque du Soleil, blending the best of Broadway with Cirque du Soleil's signature style, to provide a new experience for both traditional Broadway musical theatre goers and Cirque du Soleil's fans. The show will have many of the elements beloved on Broadway: a timeless love story, live musicians, and professional actors in lead roles; but with the Cirque du Soleil aesthetic integrated throughout the show: visionary production design on a grand scale, world class entertainment, and acrobatic feats that defy the imagination.

Prepare to get swept off your feet by PARAMOUR, a rapturous and passionate new experience that unites the signature spectacle of Cirque du Soleil with the storytelling magic that defines Broadway. Cirque du Soleil - PARAMOUR begins its Broadway run on Saturday, April 16, 2016, ahead of an official opening on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at the Lyric Theatre.
