Brazilian Singing Star Guto Bittencourt Donates Royalties to Aid for Aids

New York based international singing star Guto Bittencourt is releasing a new single entitled "Rolling" and is donating his royalties to the non-profit organization Aid for Aids in support of their efforts in providing free HIV medicine world-wide. Aid for Aids is the world's largest HIV medication redistribution program, having provided almost $120,000,000 of medication to 19,000 people in over 40 countries around the globe.

The premiere performance for "Rolling" will take place at the My Hero Gala on November 4th 2015 at Cipriani 25 in New York City.

The Gala will be hosted by the ABC News Correspondent Gio Benitez. The actor Danny Pintauro, who recently revealed that he's HIV-positive in an interview with Oprah Winfrey will be honored that evening..

"Rolling talks about living your life to the fullest right now, pulling yourself away from the thoughts that make you feel bad," observes Guto Bittencourt. "'We have no more reason to hold back from living,'"

Bittencourt is a Co-Chair of the My Hero Gala. "The founder of Aid for Aids, Jesus Aguais, invited me to be the co-chair of the organization this year - and as I am releasing my new single Rolling, I decided to donate a portion of my royalties to Aid for Aids in support of their efforts in providing free medicine around the globe."

Guto Bittencourt, born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, was in the cast of the most popular Brazilian Soap Operas such as "Malhação" (Juninho),"Salsa e Merengue" (Bruno), "Forca de um desejo" (Figueirinha) and "Esmeralda", (Abílio). In the U.S, his TV and Film credits include Max Payne 3, The Hyperglot, Watch What Happens Live, The Love Affair, and Icons.

Theater and Opera credits include productions of Les Miserables (Marius), Chicago (M. Sunshine) , The Protagonist (Schauspieler), Castronauts (Ricky), Broadway After Dark (Lead Singer), Broadway Bares, The Rise and Fall (Cesar), Tamandua (Pedro) and others.

Guto released on Warner Brothers the single "Down to Rio" featuring Curtis Young, son of legendary rapper Dr. Dre, and has brought it live to many cities including New York, Los Angeles and Rio de Janeiro during the World Cup 2014.
