Green Day frontman and AMERICAN IDIOT composer/lyricist Billie Joe Armstrong teams up with jazz chanteuse Norah Jones for the new Everly Brothers dedication musical collaboration collection FOREVERLY and the unlikely pair discuss their pairing and preview songs from the new release in a promotional clip for the forthcoming album just released.

"We made a country record," Jones nonchalantly states at the start of the new clip, with Armstrong audibly agreeing soon thereafter. "How do you feel about that?" she asks the unexpected country crooner before he bursts into laughter.

The wittily titled FOREVERLY is a re-recording of SONGS OUR DADDY TAUGHT US, the iconic 1958 Everly Brothers album of the same name, which features many early Americana country and bluegrass staples that were originally recorded by music legends Tex Ritter, Gene Autry and more.

In addition to "Long Time Gone", which was released in a special preview previously covered here, the album also contains track such as "Roving Gambler", "Who's Gonna Shoe Your Pretty Little Feet", "I'm Here To Get My Baby Out Of Jail", "That Silver Haired Daddy Of Mine" and more.

FOREVERLY will be released on November 25. More information is available at the official site here.
