Discover new worlds at Lifeline Theatre’s Drama Camps! Children explore their imaginations and hone their natural performing abilities while gaining sound theatre training in a fun-filled atmosphere. Our camps not only teach kids how to embody characters and act out stories, they also help them to gain confidence, express themselves, and work patiently and respectfully with each other.
Join us at Lifeline Theatre this summer as we work together to build magical worlds unlike our own as creatures and bugs of the forest. Construct creative characters, build forts, imagine new worlds, and go on theatrical adventures with new friends!
Join us every Sunday of Lifeline’s KidSeries shows for our lauded Stories Come Alive! workshops, where members of our education team lead a one-hour interactive storytelling session as well as on-your-feet theatre games that explore the themes of the current play’s source material!
Only $10 per workshop! RSVP ahead of time or sign up in-person the day you see the show to reserve your child’s spot.
Now in its 43rd season, Lifeline Theatre is driven by a passion for story. Our ensemble process supports writers in the development of literary adaptations and new work, and our theatrical and educational programs foster a lifelong engagement with literature and the arts. A cultural anchor of Rogers Park, we are committed to deepening our connection to an ever-growing family of artists and audiences, both near and far. Lifeline Theatre – Big Stories, Up Close.
