Anthony Zemsky, 17, is a British-Canadian-Russian pianist who has studied piano since the age of six in Canada and the UK. A student at the Royal College of Music Junior Department, he studies classical and jazz piano with Ann Martin-Davis and is passionate about French and Russian music. Anthony also composes for solo piano, digital instruments, and jazz big band, while exploring musical theatre, visual arts, and digital music in video games and film. In 2024, he performed at the Elgar Room with the RCMJD Jazz Ensemble and at the International Piano Concerto Festival with the Algarve Symphony Orchestra, and he will continue his studies at the Royal Academy of Music.
Aurelia Walker, a music scholar at St Paul’s Girls School, has studied at the Royal College of Music Junior Department since 2019, focusing on piano under Jianing Kong and composition under Simon Speare. She began performing concertos at age 9 and has played at venues such as Steinway Hall and the Sheldonian Theatre. A passionate chamber musician, Aurelia has performed at St John’s Smith Square and the RCM Young Artists’ Concert. She is also an accomplished composer, winning multiple awards, including the North London Festival Composer of the Year and the Jane Joseph Scholarship. Her works have been performed by ensembles like the London Sinfonietta and Riot Ensemble, with her latest choral piece performed at Brussels Cathedral.
