FROM BAGHDAD TO BROOKLYN is a timely immigration story, which follows a young woman as she confronts her unique and disparate upbringing. Set against the universal family backdrop of love, dysfunction, and personal redemption, Michelle draws you in with her soulful story telling and angelic singing voice. This hour long show is an avenue to further understand and question ones vague fears and prejudices regardless of religious views or ethnicity. Michelle's story is a masterful transformation of people, geography, and generations.
