Twenty Years of Song
Twenty years ago a small group of singers joined together to help raise money for the foodbank at Christmas. Now 20 years later Nove Voce has become one of BC’s and Canadas best community choirs.
They have travelled to concerts and competitions everywhere from Gothenburg Sweden to Powell River BC, representing Prince George and making friends along the way.
Join us to celebrate this milestone on May 2nd, 7:00 PM at Knox Performance Space to celebrate and revisit our favourite pieces from across all 20 years.
They will be performing pieces by familiar artists like Alanis Morissette , famous works by Mozart and commissioned pieces written specifically for Nove Voce. Joining us will be Jose Delgado Guevara on Violin, Casey Clark-Cretien on Percussion and Maureen Nielsen on piano.
