ME AND THE DEVIL at The Rep

ME AND THE DEVIL is a world-premiere play with music, written and directed by Steve H. Broadnax III, marking the inaugural production of The Rep’s 2025 SummerStage season. Set at the crossroads outside a southeast Arkansas juke joint, the story follows a blues music icon who must persuade an infernal jury of his legacy's worthiness for redemption. The cast includes Dyllón Burnside, known for his role in FX's Pose, Shayna Small, and David Watkins, the lead singer of the multi-platinum group Ready for the World, making for a compelling theatrical experience. Performances run from May 27 to June 8, 2025.
