Tafelmusik opens its 2025/26 season with Vivaldi’s World, a captivating program directed by acclaimed violinist Lina Tur Bonet. This concert, running from October 23 to 26 at Jeanne Lamon Hall, features the brilliance of Vivaldi alongside works by Scarlatti, Albicastro, and Zelenka, highlighting the storytelling and theatricality inherent in baroque music. The program culminates in Geminiani's renowned variations, La Follia, which draw connections to various modern cultural influences. Joining Bonet are talented soloists including Daniel Ramírez Escudero and Marco Cera, promising a dynamic exploration of historical and contemporary themes.
