Podium Concert Productions is back with the promise of an unforgettable night full of love, community, and acceptance during Pride Week Toronto 2022. Hosted by the Queen of the North Brooke Lynn Hytes (Canadas Drag Race, 1 Queen 5 Queers), this one-night only event will take place at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on Wednesday June 22, 2022, at 8:00pm. A world-class orchestra handpicked and led by Musical Director Mark Camilleri will accompany Brooke Lynn along with Canada's brightest stars of musical theatre and dance under the creative direction and choreography of Jeff Dimitriou. Come experience songs from Cabaret, Dream Girls, Rent, and more the way they deserve to be heard and stay for the retro themed after-party filled with more live music and a special guest performance from Simone Denny from Love Inc. singing her hit song "You're A Superstar".

Brooke Lynn Hytes

Host
Equal parts ballerina, showgirl, and 90’s supermodel, Brooke Lynn Hytes is drag perfection - personified. A Toronto native, Brooke Lynn Hytes received her dance training at the National Ballet School of Canada and in 2008, she traveled worldwide performing as a principal ballerina with Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo - an all male drag ballet company. Since then, she has taken the world by storm, winning the coveted Miss Continental crown in 2014, and in 2018 was cast as the first Canadian to appear RuPaul’s Drag Race. Throughout her time on the show, she became known for her polished runway looks and iconic lip sync performances on the main stage. Brooke Lynn finished as first runner-up of season eleven. Hytes has since cemented her place in history as the first Queen from the franchise to host and judge a spinoff ‘Canada’s Drag Race’ - moving into its third season and executive producing and starring in her new show 1 Queen 5 Queers - moving into season two. She has performed in iconic venues around the world, been featured on tv for The Social, The Marilyn Denis Show, and ETalk, she’s been featured in print publications like Fashion Magazine, Vogue.Com, Paper Magazine, and the cover of New York Magazine, and has collaborated with many brands such as Absolut Vodka, Tubi, Bluebella, Squarespace, Gillette, Fido, Bud Light, and Trojan, Lyft and MAC Cosmetics.


Thom Allison

Thom Allison is a Canadian Screen Award winner for the role of “Pree” in KILLJOYS. Thom has appeared on Broadway in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert and in the original Canadian companies of Miss Saigon, The Who’s Tommy and Rent. Stratford Festival: Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, Into the Woods. Shaw Festival: Ragtime, Guys and Dolls, A Little Night Music. Louise Camilleri

Louise has been performing professionally as a Singer, Dancer , and Actor for over 3 decades with many appearances in commercials, and film and television. Career highlights feature her in Musical Theatre shows throughout Canada to New York’s Broadway stage. These include performing as a featured dancer in the U.S. national tour of Sophisticated Ladies produced by Mercedes Ellington, the role of Anita in West Side Story, the world premier production of The Lord of the Rings, the role of Tanya in Mamma Mia!, and the world premier production of Show Boat at the Gershwin Theatre on Broadway. Film and television highlights include performing in the movies Superstar, Blues Brother’s 2000, and Disney’s Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure. Vocal highlights include performing as a guest soloist with The Tenors, as a featured singer with Josh Groban in concert, performing and recording with Lorraine Segato and the Parachute Club and as lead vocalist with her band, Mark Camilleri and The CT Project on their debut album.


Kyle Golemba

Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, Kyle has performed on stages from Nanaimo, BC to Summerside, PEI, including seasons at the Stratford, Shaw, and Charlottetown festivals. Favourites include: Shaw: Holiday Inn (Ted), Rope (Kenneth Raglan), Cabaret (Bobby); My Fair Lady (Freddy, Capitol Theatre); The Secret Garden (Dickon, Podium Concert Productions); Stratford: 42nd Street (Andy), Kiss Me, Kate (Gremio), West Side Story (A-Rab); Drayton: White Christmas (Mike), The Drowsy Chaperone (Robert Martin), One for the Pot (Clifton Weaver); The Comedy of Errors (Antipholus of Ephesus, Canadian Stage); Funny Girl (Eddie, Segal Centre); and three Ross Petty pantos. In addition to his theatrical work, he has also appeared in A Christmas Dance Reunion (Lifetime), SurrealEstate (SyFy), Queer as Folk (Showtime), Hairspray (New Line Cinema), and Ross Petty’s A Christmas Carol (CBC). Kyle also created a revue of Canadian musical theatre, Making Love in a Canoe, with music director, Adam White. The official Making Love in a Canoe album, featuring four never-before-recorded Canadian songs, can be found on Apple Music. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance degree from Sheridan College and a Master of Arts in Theatre Studies from the University of Guelph.


Camille Harrison

Singer/songwriter and background vocalist, Camille Harrison is a Toronto native who has worked with many well-known artists from right here in our city to some of the greats worldwide. She is a proud Berklee College of Music alumni and is grateful to be able to share her knowledge and gifts to those who listen. She is honoured to be a part of this amazing production and very excited for the awesome opportunities ahead!


Stacey Kay

Stacey Kay received the highly anticipated GOLDEN BUZZER from Kardinal Offishall on City TV’s new season of “Canada’s Got Talent”, and was also a finalist on America’s Got Talent. Stacey is a Juno Award winning singer/rapper and motivational speaker who travels the world spreading her message about body positivity, and what it is like being a curvy girl in the music industry. Stacey is the song writer, producer and vocal coach for Brooke Lynn Hytes and Priyanka (winner of Canada’s Drag Race), and wrote the finale song for Drag Race Canada (Season 2). Stacey has captivated audiences across Canada, the US, Asia and Europe, and has performed with/opened for: Stevie Wonder, David Foster, CeeLo Green, Bryan McKnight, Michael Bolton, Carly Rae Jepson, and Kaitlyn Bristowe. David Lopez

As a native Torontonian David is thrilled to get to be back onstage AND in his hometown! Selected favourite credits include; King Triton in The Little Mermaid (Globe Theatre), Passing Strange, and The Wild Party (Musical Stage Co.), Kinky Boots (Mirvish Prod.), Smokey Joe's Cafe, Sister Act, The Buddy Holly Story (Drayton), La Cage Aux Folles (Neptune Theatre-Merritt Award Nominee), The Rocky Horror Show (STC), Seussical (YPT), Spamalot (Citadel), Aint' Misbehavin' (CanStage-Dora Award Nominee). Film/TV credits include; Once Upon a Mattress (Disney), Workin' Moms, Stormy Weather, At The Hotel (CBC). David has also been a featured back-up dancer for Katy Perry and Patti LaBelle. Matt Nethersole

Matt Nethersole is a Juno Award nominated multi-disciplinary artist, community arts organizer, television host, writer and producer. Matt believes there is great power in showing up as your authentic self and proudly brings their unique queer POC perspective to the work they do. Matt is committed to decentering euro-centric and heteronormative narratives on stage, on screen and in the rehearsal room. Matt has appeared on stage at the Stratford Festival, Shaw Festival and in regional theatres across Canada. Matt has also appeared on screen in Schmigadoon (Apple TV), The Moblees (CBC) and as the host of That TVO Kids Show (TVO).


Sarah Strange

Sarah Lynn Strange is ridiculously excited to be performing in this concert! Robbie Towns

Robbie is an actor who works predominantly in theatre throughout Canada and The UK. Born and raised on a farm near Vermillion in rural Alberta, Canada, he retains a sense of prairie pride while residing Stratford, Ontario, Canada and is privileged to live and work on the traditional territory of the Anishnabek, Haudenosaunee, Ojibway/Chippewa peoples of Canada. Jennifer Walls

Jennifer Walls is a multi-disciplinary performing artist who is probably best known for her work as an impressionist. Dubbed “the woman of a thousand voices” she has toured across North America as Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga and most recently starred in the Victoria Playhouse Petrolia’s brand new production Dynamic Duos, where she appeared as 21 celebrity characters including Liza Minnelli, Celine Dion and Dolly Parton. She has earned critical acclaim for her solo show Liza Live! and Liza And Barbra.. Together At Last alongside friend and colleague Gabi Epstein. Jennifer has enjoyed seven Seasons at the Victoria Playhouse and has also appeared in productions with Drayton Entertainment, Angelwalk Theatre, Musical Stage Company, Second City Toronto and Pride Toronto. She was also featured on the cover of Toronto’s NOW magazine and in The Globe & Mail for her work at the Toronto Fringe. For the past 11 years, Jennifer has produced and hosted Singular Sensation, A Musical Theatre Open Mic in Toronto, creating a safe, inclusive space for performers of all experience levels and backgrounds to gather and share their love for all things musical theatre. Singular Sensation will also be featured on Pride Sunday with it’s tribute to musical theatre in Snaps To Broadway, part of Mandy Goohandy & Friends on the south stage. In 2018, Jennifer made the move to the creative side and directed both critically acclaimed productions of Heathers The Musical and The Rocky Horror Show at Hart House Theatre as well as the autobiographical Just Call Me Lady The Musical, working closely alongside writer and performer Mandy Goohandy for Pride in 2019. She was also the assistant director for Into The Woods alongside Michael Torontow with Talk Is Free Theatre this past year at the Toronto Wintergarden Theatre. As a producer helping over a dozen Fringe artists bring their solo shows to life. Jennifer is also a voice actor and can currently be heard as the voice of the Family Channel. Outside of her work onstage and behind the microphone, Jennifer works a vocal and performance coach with Lawson Vocal Studios and also works a mentor with young and emerging theatre and cabaret artists. She is very passionate about helping performers of all levels and backgrounds strengthen their performance skills and build their confidence in both their talent and themselves. She is honoured to be joining the company of Broadway Nights.


Joey Arrigo

Dancer
Joey Arrigo is a dancer, acrobat, actor, and teacher currently residing downtown Toronto, ON. Joey was on tour with Cirque du Soleil’s VOLTA as the principal character of “Waz”. He was also part of Cirque du Soleil’s KOOZA as “The Trickster”. Joey was featured on 90.7 FM Los Angeles IMRU Radio with Michael Taylor Gray on his segment “Storytellers”. Joey was on faculty with JUMP Dance Convention and was a member of Shaping Sound Dance Company’s first national tour in 2013. Since 2015, Joey has worked with Acrobatic Arts in creating tutorials for Acrobatic Dance found on YouTube, Instagram and for The Acrobatics Arts Training Program. On top of many film and television credits, Joey was one of Canada’s Top 20 dancers on CTV’s “So You Think You Can Dance Canada”, and soon after, went on to perform for Ukraine’s “Everybody Dance”. Joey was a choreographer’s assistant to Mia Michaels on So You Think You Can Dance Canada, seasons 1, 2, and 3. In 2012, Joey was on a world tour with Rasta Thomas and The Bad Boys of Dance where he began his career dancing, choreographing, and teaching worldwide. This past summer, Joey was one of 5 dancers to be featured in the work of Jera Wolfe at “Festival Des Artes” in Saint-Saveur, QC under the direction of Guillaume Côté. Joey is currently working with Red Sky Performance and was seen featured in their work entitled “The Clan” as a part of CBC Gem’s art special “New Monuments (Luminato Project),” and on David Suzuki’s “The Nature of Things”. He was recently seen as “Jerry, The Aerobic Vampire” In season 3 of “What We Do in The Shadows.”


Tyler Hutchings

Dancer
Tyler Hutchings is an accomplished multifaceted dancer having graduated at Elite Danceworx. Classically trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap and Hip Hop, Tyler has parlayed his experience into coaching and acting. Tyler began his dance career at the age of 6 and quickly discovered his love for creative expression. Tyler has developed his choreography skills creating routines for his former high school and now for McMaster University’s dance team where he is a co-captain for the university’s competitive team. He has won multiple choreography awards and first overall placing for his pieces at Ontario university competitions. Tyler has recently had a principal actor/dancer role as the character Robby G in the Netflix film “Work It” that released August 2020. Tyler has also appeared for 4 seasons on Family Channel’s The Next Step as “Tyler”. In 2016 and 2017 Tyler performed in The Toronto International Ballet Theatre’s production of the Nutcracker at the Toronto Sony Centre. Training at Elite Danceworx has allowed Tyler to learn from North America’s top choreographers, Travis Wall, Jason Parsons, Nick Lazzarini, Sonya Tayeh, Stacey Tookey and Jaci Royal. Tyler used the top level dance training to place him in the top 10 Senior Finalists at the 2017 and 2018 Dance Awards.


Elisha Ladeza

Dancer
Elisha Ladeza is an aspiring performer, based in Toronto. Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Elisha’s passion for performing sparked very early on. Starting with her training in Filipino folk and Hawaiian Hula dancing, her love for performing only grew from there. Singing, dancing and acting came naturally as she performed as Miss Hannigan in the musical Annie – her first musical production. She would later decide to study Musical Theatre and Performance at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, where she performed in shows such as A Chorus Line (Connie), Working (Roberta), and Rocky Horror Picture Show (Phantom/Dance Captain). Upon graduating, she moved to Toronto where she performed in the 2015 Pan Am Games Opening Ceremony under the direction of Cirque du Soleil and Luther Brown. She ended that summer performing in the Parapan Am Games Opening Ceremony under the direction of Melissa Williams and Paul Becker. Soon after, she began developing her career by training in more commercial and urban dance styles from various teachers and choreographer across the city. Her training eventually took her to Van Nuys, California where she trained as an apprentice at The Performing Arts Center under the mentorship of Joseph Malone. There, she was able to improve her skills in genres such as Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, as well as Singing and Acting. Upon returning to Toronto, Elisha has found a new found love for modelling and acting or film/television. After landing a few campaigns and commercials for companies such as The Hudson’s Bay, Acuvue and Walmart, she plans to incorporate more acting into her professional career. Elisha is determined to be as well rounded and versatile as possible, in all aspects. She works hard and is dedicated to becoming a stand-out in the industry.


Marisa Ricci

Dancer
Marisa is a performer with very diverse experience. Since her graduation from Ryerson University’s Dance Program in Toronto, she has focused on developing her career in contemporary and neo-classical dance but has also been working avidly as a performer, choreographer and teacher in a variety of styles including classical ballet, jazz, musical theater, burlesque and Brazilian samba dance. She has appeared on the stage as a dancer as well as an actor in the commercial/film and television industry in her native Canada as well as abroad, including Portugal, Switzerland, Spain, China, Thailand and Italy. Some of her credits include works by Iratxe Ansa and Igor Bacovich of Metamorphosis, Allan Falieri, Grazia Covre, Luca Haseli of Focus Crew, Apolonia and Ofilio of Gadfly, ACE Dance Theater, Vasco Alves, David Hernandez, Jeff Dimitriou, Cadence Ballet, Toronto International Ballet Theater, Alias Dance Project, Skindivers Dance Company, I/O Movement, The National Ballet of Canada, and many more.


Madison Williams

Dancer
Madison Williams or best known as MadMovement started her dance journey at the age of 6 and continues to thrive in the industry today. She knew from early on that this was going to be her passion and nothing was going to stop her from doing it. Her training began at Durham Dance Centre in Pickering focusing on many genres of dance; Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, and Contemporary. Because her teachers emphasized the importance of mastering all styles of dance, Madison continues to train in all genres in top cities like Toronto, LA, and NYC to this day. She gives credit to her teachers for helping her embark on this dance journey. Growing up in her competitive years, both high school and university, Madison was noticed by many which gained her tons of special recognition, special awards and scholarships among all her competitors. To name a few, she won free scholarships to train at Broadway Dance Centre (NYC), Millennium Dance Complex (LA), and Underground Dance Centre (Toronto). She was chosen to dance in Disney’s “Young Dancer’s Show”, participate in various shows in the GTA,assist choreographers at their workshops and compete in the International Dance Organization (IDO) in Germany. Because she had done so well for herself, Madison knew she had to continue dance beyond her teenage years! She moved into the professional world after completing her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Guelph where she studied Psychology and Marketing Management. Madison currently does live performances, film and television. She starred as the principal dancer in 5Gum’s “You’re On in 5” choreographed by Luther Brown, has been featured as an actress/dancer on Netflix Series, performed at the NBA All Star Opening Ceremony (Cirque Du Soleil), and was an actress on OUTtv (USA) to name a few. She also continues to work and train with top choreographers in Toronto and the GTA such as Leon Blackwood, Chris Clarke, Dan Cruz, and Fernando “JR” Valles. Although Madison loves to dance, she also loves teaching her drop-in classes.MadMovement currently teaches at many dance studios across the GTA, does Hip-Hop drop-in classes for The Movement Project and would like to expand MadMovement to Toronto studios. She teaches and choreographs not only in hip-hop but also strength and conditioning classes, lyrical, contemporary, and jazz classes. Madison will continue to work hard towards her goals while sharing her love for dance, performance, and teaching among her students and peers.


Cameron Wilson

Dancer
Since the age of 4, Cameron knew that dance was the path he was supposed to take. Originally from Windsor Ontario, he trained in the styles of jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, and modern. However, he found himself falling in love with contemporary and hip hop. Cameron had a very successful competitive career. Earning national titles like Tremaine’s Dancer of the Year and Velocity’s Maximum Velocity Artist Senior Winner at their finals in Las Vegas. He has also won many prestigious scholarships and awards from conventions like JUMP, NUVO, Radix, and countless others. Cameron has had the amazing opportunity to assist and learn from inspiring artists like Kyle Hanagami, Whitney Bezzant, Shannon Mather, Malaya Ho, Melissa Sandvig, Keri LaGrand, and Derrick Schrader. Cameron has also traveled international and assisted on Phoenix International Dance Workshop in New Zealand. After graduating high school, Cameron made the big move up to Toronto. He has had the pleasure of dancing in shows like Choreoball and Her creative, as well as doing live local performances. Cameron has danced alongside Madison Beer and Now United. He has also appeared in music videos for Flower Face, Now United, and various local artists. Cameron pushes and challenges himself to become better each and everyday. He loves to try new things outside of his comfort zone and likes to learn new ways of moving and creating. Cameron continues to work hard and is ready to see what the future has in store for him.

Creative Director/ Choreographer
International Award Winning Queer Artist, choreographer & director, Jeff Dimitriou’s artistic projects include creating for film, television, world ceremonies, theatre, live events, and art installations. From Emmy and Oscar winning film and tv to world touring theatre productions, to choreographing and directing for mass ceremonies such as The Pan American Games, Parapan Games Opening Ceremonies, and FIFA World Cup Opening Ceremonies. And live events with organizations Cirque du Soleil, the NHL, MLB, and Mirvish Productions. He works extensively in Film & Television as choreographer on Schitt’s Creek, The Next Step, Queens, Drag Heals, Kids in the Hall, Blues Clues & You, Frankie Drake Mysteries, ODD Squad, Warehouse 13, Date My Dad, Anne of Green Gables, UnReal, Hemlock Grove, Lucky Seven, Carrie, Degrassi, The L.A. Complex, and numerous Hallmark films. Musicals such as Phantom of the Opera, Newsies, Return to Grace (Princess of Wales Theatre/Mirvish, World Tour), Cabaret, Evita, Jungle Book, Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella (Asian Tour), and many more. He is the creator and founder of JDX Creative Entertainment.
