Pip's Island is an hour-long interactive journey where kids lead the way through a magical island and get to pilot a flying ship, design giant cakes, explore the deep sea, and more! Kids are free to move around from room to room as they join performers, puppets, and animated characters in a series of challenges that help the story unfold.

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Damon J. Gillespie (NBC'S Rise, Newsies), Emma Pittman (Winner of The Search for Roxie) and more in Danny Feldman's a?oeHIDE AND SEEKa?? on February 21, 2020 at 9:30pm. An autobiographical musical, Hide and Seek tells the story of Andrew, a high school student who realizes that he is gay. As he comes to terms with his newfound sexuality, he finds himself struggling to navigate his way through his relationship with friends, a former girlfriend, his new boyfriend, and his family. As he attempts to find his true self, Andrew learns more about living life authentically. Written by Danny Feldman at the age of sixteen, the evening will feature orchestrations by Eli Schildkraut and will be music directed by Luke Williams.

Complete Casting Announced For Industry Reading of SUPPER

BESPOKE PLAYS - a bicoastal production company - will present an industry reading of SUPPER by Phinneas Kiyomura on Sunday, February 16th. Completing the cast are Josh Adam Ramos (Chicken and Biscuits), Alexander Sanders (Pip's Island), and Emily Gardner Xu Hall (I Am This For You). They join the previously announced Danny Johnson (Daredevil, Luke Cage) and C.K. Allen (Guiding Light, All My Children). Daryl Lathon (Steal The Stars) will direct; the Production Stage Manager is Allie York. Kelsey Sheppard will read stage directions.

Visually Impaired Students Conquer PIP'S ISLAND, an Immersive Theater Experience For Children

Pip's Island is the next evolution of children's entertainment. It's a live action, interactive fantasy experience where kids are called upon to help Pip and friends save the island from dark forces of the villainous, Joules Volter. As the first immersive theater for 4 to 10 year olds, the 60-minute active walking adventure presents challenges to overcome and problems to solve based on aspects of the S.T.E.A.M. curriculum. Kids are outfitted with an Explorer's Vest and a a?oeSpark Badgea?? containing 5 LED Sparks that unlock when a challenge is met. Only after all five Spark Badges are unlocked can they defeat Joules Volter and win the day.
Bespoke Plays Expand To Bicoastal Readings

Christine Boylan (THE PUNISHER, LEVERAGE), Ellie Pyle (SOURCES, BEGINNINGS), and Ryan McCurdy (ONCE, PIP'S ISLAND) have announced the official addition of a New York chapter to Bespoke Plays, which will make it the only bicoastal production company dedicated to industry readings of new plays. Boylan and Pyle will continue to co-produce Los Angeles with McCurdy as the New York associate.
