The hilarious comedy Greater Tuna will open at The TADA Theatre August 11th. Broadcasting from radio station OKKK, its two broadcasters, Thurston Wheelis and Arles Struvie, introduce us to Texas' third smallest town, Tuna, Texas and its eclectic band of Tuna citizens - men, women, children and animals alike - all portrayed by only two actors.

The Seussian world comes to life in Nebraska Wesleyan University's staging of the show, Seussical.

Today, Friday, January 28, KAILEY MARSHALL released her debut, full-length concept album, Ghostwriter. This album tells the story of a high profile pop star who takes a step back from her career, simultaneously leaving an abusive relationship with her girlfriend and manager.

Today, Friday, January 21, KAILEY MARSHALL released “Be Here,” the second of two stand-alone singles off her forthcoming concept album, Ghostwriter. 

Nebraska Wesleyan University has announced a workshop series with New York City musical creator and composer, Kailey Marshall. The series gives Nebraska Wesleyan students the opportunity to work with an award-winning actress, composer and director.

Marshall’s work has been featured at Feinstein’s/54 Below, Joe’s Pub, Don’t Tell Mama’s, the Highline Ballroom, and Lincoln Center. She was also featured at Feinstein’s/54 Below as part of the New Writers Series, where she performed, music directed, and wrote an evening of new material. Based on “The Arcadia” by Sir Philip Sidney and featuring a score made of up some of the biggest Go-Go’s hits, Head Over Heels is a show about love, acceptance, and being true to who you are.

Stage Left was founded in 2016. It's first production was 'Exit Laughing' the show opened in May of 2016. Stage Left's first home was Ventana Lakes Yacht Club in Sun City where it performed for two years, then Stage Left also partnered with Paradise RV resort Ballroom. In 2018 Stage Left signed a lease and began construction on its current location in the Bell Mar Plaza. The first show to open in its new space was an Arizona Premiere of Steve Martin's Musical 'Bright Star' in May of 2019 Since its inception stage left has produced 41 productions both adult and kids. We have served 15000 patrons have worked with over 500 actors and crew and has performed almost 300 performances. This year's holiday show 'Tuna Christmas' will be stage left's 50th production.

While scrolling on Facebook one day, I came across a post from a theater offering a streamed production of Spring Awakening. As I am a hardcore fan of the show, my interest was piqued. Then, I saw a post from a person involved with the theater asking if anyone in the Philly area would provide a review. Given I haven't written a theater review in oh, let's say, eight months, to do so would give me a brief moment of normalcy.
