Nyasha takes us on a mystical voyage into the realms of 24 year-old Zimbabwean refugee, Samuel Chifamba’s mind - a professional basketball player who embarks on a heart- stopping reverie that forces him to confront his emotional tormentors and wage war against the forces that threaten his well being. Nyasha is a highly animated true story of Samuel’s inner search to ease the pain of the fragmented years he lost to abandonment and the “Green Monkey Virus”. It is a gripping account of the reconciliation of a son to his father, the essence of grace and the power of humour.
