Today, the company of FUN HOME wanted to say one last thank you to their fans for their incredible run by making a video, created by Perry Sherman, to Anna Kendrick's 'When I'm Gone'.

On September 10, the Bechdel family is flying away from Broadway's Circle in the Square Theater when the the groundbreaking, Tony Award-winner for Best Musical plays its final performance. But before the cast moves out of their Broadway home, BroadwayWorld brought a few of the Bechdel's together for one last interview to reminisce on some memories from their run, the emotional response to the piece, backstage camaraderie, and the political timeliness that has made Fun Home, as Judy Kuhn puts it, 'a show meant for right now.'

On September 10, the Bechdel family will move out of the Fun Home (or the Circle in the Square Theatre), when the the groundbreaking, Tony Award-winning Best Musical, plays its final performance on Broadway. Before the doors close for good, however, BroadwayWorld brought the family together one last time to reminisce about some of the show's most amazing moments. The best of Broadway will be performing FREE on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 LITE FM's Broadway in Bryant Park 2016' - a lunchtime series that continued this week, July 28 on the Bryant Park Stage. Hosted by LITE FM's on-air personalities, the 16th annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances will run through Thursday.

This performance will be a concert version of the Tony Award-winning Best Musical to raise money for Equality Florida and the LGBTQ community of Orlando.

Fun Home, the groundbreaking, Tony Award-winning Best Musical, will play its final performance on Broadway on Saturday, September 10 at 8 PM, it was announced today. The show, which opened on April 19, 2015, will have played 26 preview and 582 regular performances on Broadway at the Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th St) and 114 performances Off Broadway at The Public Theater.

It was the first year a musical completely written by women won the top prize, and Lisa Kron had an important message about diversity.

STARS IN THE ALLEY, presented by United Airlines, took placen Friday June 3rd in Shubert Alley. Hosted by Tony nominee Sean Hayes and Mo Rocca, Broadway's best once again turned out for the annual performance - including FUN HOME's Beth Malone, Emily Skeggs and Gabriella Pizzolo, who performed 'Flying Away.'

Producers Fox Theatricals and Barbara Whitman announced today that Fun Home, the groundbreaking, Tony Award-winning Best Musical, has partnered with PFLAG, the nation's largest organization of families, friends and allies to the LGBTQ community, with multiple initiatives both in and out of the Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th St).
