The Drama League has announced that the star of Broadway's smash production of Hand to God, Steven Boyer, 2015 Drama League Distinguished Performance nominee, will host the upcoming 81st Annual Drama League Awards, alongside his special guest Tyrone.  One of the high points of the season, the Drama League Awards Luncheon will be held on Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Marriott Marquis Times Square (1535 Broadway) beginning at 12:00 p.m.  Official sponsors for the 81st Annual Drama League Awards include Delta Air Lines, the Official Airline of The Drama League; MAC Cosmetics, the Official Makeup Partner of The Drama League; National Life Group; and GenSpring Family Offices. Broadway welcomes an Off-Broadway hit!

Producer Kevin McCollum announced today that Broadway's Hand to God will (yet again) offer early theatergoers the chance to catch this new American play at a special price: $37.50 per ticket, in recognition of the 37 (or 38) productions opening on Broadway during the 2014-2015 Season, depending on whether or not Wolf Hall counts as one or two productions. A limited quantity of select mezzanine seats at this special price will be on-sale beginning Monday, March 23rd for performances from March 23rd through April 6th and must be purchased during a limited one week on-sale window (through 11:00 PM on Sunday, March 29th). There is also a limit of 4 tickets per purchase, and tickets will be available online, via phone or at the box office.
