Visionary scratch DJ and producer Kid Koala (aka Eric San) shares the visuals for latest single “All For You” featuring Trixie Whitley today with Billboard Magazine. The track, premiered last month via BrooklynVegan, comes off San and Whitley's much-anticipated collaborative album Music To Draw To: Io, an eighteen track collection of sprawling, transportive music slated for release on January 25, 2019 on Arts & Crafts and available for pre-order now. About the new video, Eric comments: “Karina Bleau uses a combination of light, chemicals and layered glass in her visual making process. I am in awe of how she's able to create these marvellous interstellar scenes with her seemingly 'low tech' set up. What impresses me most about her work is it's inherent emotionality and Karina's wonderful sense of timing. She knows her materials well enough that she can start and evolve these reactions to synchronize with the music. It is a very captivating thing to witness.”

We've all spent time wondering about the little 'what ifs' - how would our lives be changed, if we had made our decisions a little differently? The musical If/Then, by Brian Yorkey and Tom Kitt, explores one woman's fascination with the road not taken. Boasting a small but mighty cast, the Wellington Footlights society bring this intimate tale to the New Zealand stage for the first time.
If/Then drops us smack-bang into the heart of New York City, where the freshly divorced Elizabeth (Cassandra Tse) has just moved for a new start. In Madison Park, Elizabeth runs into her new friend, Kate (Caitlin Penrose), and old college flame, Lucas (Michael Stebbings). Both of them give Elizabeth advice on how to start out her new life - Kate suggests plunging into new experiences under a fresh nickname, Liz, whilst Lucas suggests joining him in a rally like they did in the old days, under the nickname Beth. Here, the show splits, and we see the two different paths of Elizabeth's life play out.

Shortland St the Musical. Was that a sharp intake of breath? What madness is this? At least, that was my reaction when I first heard that this show was being developed into a full-length musical comedy. I have seen little bits and pieces of the long-running soap, but I never really recognised what my other friends saw in it and therefore chose to block it out of my television browsing hours. I do feel compelled however to pay homage to the long-standing show, well into its third decade and has been sold to many overseas countries.

I was intrigued to see how the producers would breathe life into this and they have crafted a show that takes you on a bittersweet journey that is incredibly moving. And yes....you will cry. I am slightly annoyed at them for making me cry in public, I like to keep up my tough guy reputation...but I could not hold back.
