For over 15 years FRIGID New York has been presenting an annual festival of fringe theatre in New York City. This Spring their biggest festival of the year will be rebranded as the New York City Fringe Festival.

The 18th Annual Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival has announced the scholars of the 2023 Tennessee Williams Institute (TWI) including Lisa Yaszek, Regents' Professor of Science Fiction Studies at Georgia Tech.

Eric Bogosian’s 1 +1, a new play, will have its off-Broadway premiere at SoHo Playhouse. Performances begin February 23 and run through March 19. Opening night is set for February 27.

In its fifth official installment, ABT Incubator, American Ballet Theatre's in-house choreographic program, is scheduled for January 3-13, 2023. During the two-week workshop, selected choreographers will create new works on ABT dancers. The resulting pieces will be presented on January 13, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. EST at the Schimmel Center at Pace University's New York City campus. This will be the first time ABT Incubator will be presented for live public viewing.

Matt Di Angelo has been announced as playing Tony in Abigail's Party at Park Theatre this November, joining the previously announced cast which includes Kellie Shirley as Beverly. EastEnders fans will remember Matt and Kellie as brother and sister Dean and Carly Wicks, and Matt is also known for Strictly Come Dancing series five, where he came runner-up to Alesha Dixon.

Directed by Roger Michell and originally co-produced and commissioned by Out of Joint, this strictly limited 12-week run is booking through to 11 August 2018 following the 2017 critically acclaimed sell-out run at the National Theatre.
