American Repertory Theater (A.R.T) at Harvard University has announced additional featured guests that will appear in ExtraOrdinary, a celebration of musical theater at the A.R.T. directed by Paulus.

Fresh from a sold out Sydney season, Arts Centre Melbourne presents Dan Giovannoni's Green Room Award winning adaptation of Christos Tsiolkas ' Merciless Gods. The two-hour production is a brutal and tender examination of queer immigrant experiences in Australia, and will take over the Fairfax Studio from 6 - 10 February 2019. This collection of eight vignettes based on Tsiolkas' work shows how humans are prey to the cruel and capricious Ancient Gods, taking audiences into worlds both strange and familiar.

Alt/pop band Cub Sport announce their third studio album Cub Sport today, which will be released on January 18, 2019. The self-titled record will feature lead single “Sometimes” as well as another fourteen new tracks, including collaborations with Mallrat and Cloud Control's Al Wright. The album was primarily recorded and produced by frontman Tim Nelson, including tracks co-produced with Golden Vessel and Calvin Valentine. Cub Sport will be released globally, and available digitally and physically on the band's own label Cub Sport Records (via MGM and Believe).

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Wildwood, a new musical created and written by Michael Kimmel (Songbird, The Last Goodbye) with music and lyrics by Elliah Heifetz (Dust Can't Kill Me) on November 7, 2018, 9:30pm. In the 1950's, Wildwood NJ was known as "The Las Vegas of the East." For three months a year, this small south Jersey town turned into the biggest party of the summer. Everything converged in Wildwood- The Rat Pack, doo wop, soul, and the beginnings of rock and roll.

Sensual, god-fearing, terrifying, uplifting, joyous - poems and music that speak to our essential human connection in these fractious and turbulent times. A collage of 17th-century and contemporary poems and music at St Martin within Ludgate, a beautiful and resonant Wren church.

MOVING ARTS presents the Los Angeles production of the Joint World Premiere, presented by Moving Arts at Atwater Village Theatre in association with Moxie Theatre of San Diego and Promethean Theatre of Chicago, of BLISS (or Emily Post is Dead!), written by Jami Brandli (Through the Eye of a Needle) and directed by Darin Anthony (Apocalypse Play). The BBC has entered a creative partnership with FX Networks, with the BBC securing the rights to all new scripted (comedy and drama) FX original series, it was announced today by Charlotte Moore, Director, BBC Content and Gina Brogi, President of Global Distribution, Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution. The deal was negotiated with the BBC by Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution on behalf of FX Networks.

Theater J's new production of Actually, which opened on Monday night, provides new voices to the issue of campus safety and sexual assault. Anna Ziegler's script undoubtedly has important things to say-and Actually is a crucial piece which dives into the intricacies of campus safety. It's tough material that suffers from some uneven pacing but one which, nevertheless, encourages continued engagement and thought.

Just in from Deadline, Shawn Levy's 21 Laps and Greg Berlanti's Berlanti Productions companies have been chosen as the producers for a future movie adaption of the Broadway-bound Be More Chill. No timetable has yet been set, and now that producers have been found, the hunt will be on for a film studio.
