THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, is pleased to announce a lottery ticket policy for the National Tour, which begins January 29 at the Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas and plays a limited one-week engagement through February 3, presented by Dallas Summer Musicals (DSM) and Broadway Across America (BAA). Northport's exquisite John W. Engeman Theatre does it again with a boffo incarnation of Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story. Running through March 3rd at the Long Island venue, the musical is strongly directed by Keith Andrews and boasts an absolutely stellar cast many of whom have been in previous productions of this show. While we know Buddy (along with a few of his friends) died young and tragically in a plane crash, Alan Janes has certainly created a joyous celebration of Buddy's life. (more...)

Producing Artistic Director Ethan Paulini has announced Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks as the 2nd show in the 2019 54th Season. This funny and touching Broadway hit by Richard Alfieri, Six Dance Lessons joins the rotating repertory on July 10. This title joins the already announced Irving Berlin's White Christmas, Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill, The Drowsy Chaperone, Bright Star, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time and Sister Act. Cast, creative team and a full schedule will be announced shortly. Season 54 officially opens on July 6 with the annual Bubble and Squeak.
