Mr. Mirvish owns and operates four theatres in Toronto: the Royal Alexandra, the Princess of Wales, the Panasonic and the Canon. Mirvish Productions, a company founded by Mr. Mirvish in 1986, produces live theatre for these and other venues throughout Canada, the United States and England. In 1982, Mr. Mirvish and his father, Ed Mirvish, purchased and refurbished the venerable Old Vic Theatre in London, England, which they operated until 1998.
