Steve Pemberton Joins UK Chaperone as Man in Chair 7/10 by BWW News Desk - June 21, 2007

The League of Gentlemen's Steve Pemberton will join the cast of the London production of the five-time Tony Award winning The Drowsy Chaperone to play Man in Chair. Pemberton will take over from Bob Martin on Tuesday 10 July.

The Drowsy Chaperone has been nominated for several awards. It was nominated for Best Costume Design at the Olivier Awards for Gregg Barnes. It was also nominated for Best New Musical at the Olivier Awards for Lisa Lambert, and for Best Theatre Choreographer at the Olivier Awards for Casey Nicholaw.
