MCC Theater has announced the return of their full in-person season for the MCC Youth Company and Student Matinee programs after operating remotely and in a hybrid program for the last two seasons. Billy Stritch returns to Crazy Coqs with a band new show spotlighting the music of legendary tunesmith, Cy Coleman. He'll be joined this time by a swinging jazz trio – all the better to perfectly celebrate one of Broadway and pop music's jazziest composers.

Tomasz Stańko – one of Europe's most original and beloved jazz musicians – was born on July 11, 1942, in Rzeszów, Poland, and he passed away in Warsaw on July 29, 2018. In many ways, his life traced the course of modern jazz in Europe, beginning with his tenure – when barely into his twenties – in the band of the great Polish composer-pianist Krzysztof Komeda.

Out of the Box Theatrics announced they will produce the first Off-Broadway revival of the critically acclaimed musical, Floyd Collins. The production, to be directed by Christina Sajous (Broadway’s SpongeBob SquarePants, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, American Idiot; Out of the Box Theatrics’ 2019 production of Baby), will play from November 11 through December 18, 2022.
