Northern Ballet's Royal Patron, Prince Edward, The Earl of Wessex, visited the Company on the eve of opening night at Woking's New Victoria Theatre. His Royal Highness spoke to cast and crew members to wish them the best of luck for their upcoming performances and hear about the creative process behind the production.

TUTA Theatre has announced that Aziza Macklin, Aileen Wen McGroddy and Jacqueline Stone will be the company’s new Co-Artistic Directors effective November 1, 2022. Together they will plan, program and lead the company’s 20th season in Chicago.

BIRDLAND THEATER will present acclaimed vocalist Carole J. Bufford in the New York debut of her concert “Vintage Pop!” for a special six-show run from Friday, December 9 through Sunday, December 11, with performances each night at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM.

Basiani – The State Ensemble of Georgian Folk Singing will return for one evening at First Presbyterian Church of Santa Monica on Friday, November 4 at 7:30pm. The evening is presented by BroadStage.

The American Theatre as seen by Hirschfeld 1962-2002 showcases Hirschfeld’s greatest theater work from five decades, including some of the most important productions from the last sixty years. It will be available exclusively online and at The Museum of Broadway starting November 15.

The People We Hate at the Wedding, starring Allison Janney, Kristen Bell, Ben Platt, Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Karan Soni, Dustin Milligan, Tony Goldwyn, Isaach De Bankolé, Jorma Taccone, Julian Ovenden, and John Macmillan will be released on Prime Video on November 18, 2022. 

The Canadian heavy alt-rock duo cleopatrick have released the riff-heavy and quick-witted single “OK. 'Self-produced by the band and mixed by hip hop beat maker/producer/rapper Jonwayne, “OK” was produced from the back of the cleopatrick’s tour van during the band’s North American tour with Royal Blood and their recent Canadian festival dates.

Second Stage Theater will kick off its 44th Season with the New York Premiere of CAMP SIEGFRIED, the new play from Tony Award-nominee BESS WOHL, directed by Tony Award-winner DAVID CROMER.
