OPERA America, the national service organization for opera, has welcomed a new class of six board members that includes creators, administrators, artist managers, and opera company trustees. A much loved, regular participant of the Seal Bay Festival, the acclaimed Cassatt String Quartet will return to the 19th Seal Bay Festival of American Chamber Music, July 5 - 16, 2022. This twelve- day festival features the Cassatts performing four live concerts and twelve private outreach concerts for the local community.

The American Classical Orchestra (ACO), New York City’s leading period instrument orchestra, has announced its 2022-23 season of four orchestral concerts conducted by Founder and Artistic Director Thomas Crawford, beginning on Thursday, September 22, with the first of three performances at Alice Tully Hall, and continuing through May 18, 2023. The soloists will include soprano Yulan Piao, mezzo-soprano Heather Petrie, tenor Lawrence Jones, bass Joseph Charles Beutel, pianist Petra Somlai, and violinist Rachell Ellen Wong.

WAM Theatre joins the Berkshire Community in celebrating Pride Month with a Fresh Takes Play Reading of Bright Half Life by Pulitzer Prize and Emmy Nominated writer Tanya Barfield (The Call, Blue Door). Blue Mountain Gallery has announced a solo exhibition of recent work by Gulgun Aliriza. In a series of still-life, landscape and portrait paintings and works on paper, Aliriza often combines elements from each category into a single composition.
