The Sauk will open its 2026 season with Arsenic and Old Lace, running February 5–15 in Jonesville, Michigan. The classic comedy features a cast of Sauk veterans and marks the theatre’s third production of the play.

Mindy Pfeffer’s new play HOW TO LIVE opened on January 25 at the 14th Street Y in the East Village. The World Premiere runs until January 29 and is being presented by LABA (A Laboratory for Jewish Culture), a NYC-based artist fellowship program for which Pfeffer was a part of in 2021. After the huge success of the musical Silvio Santos Vem Ai, Paris Cultural chose to honor the chameleonic singer Ney Matogrosso, one of the most unique figures in Brazilian music and culture, in the musical Ney Matogrosso – Homem com H, with libretto by E. Boechat and M. Toledo, direction by Fernanda Chamma and musical direction by Daniel Rocha.

The hilarious play, believed to be based on an infamous series of boarding house murders in Windsor, CT, runs now through February 20, 2022 at the National Historic Landmark Cheney Hall located at 177 Hartford Road in Manchester, CT.
