City Parks Foundation (CPF) is pleased to announce the final line up for SummerStage Jubilee.

Doug DeVita's one-person film, 'Nigel, Guys, and Dolls' will be presented as part of the Fresh Fruit Festival's filmed monologue series (showing dates TBA). Atmospheric and compelling, DeVita's NIGEL... is the story of a young boy whose life was manipulated by his mother who decided exactly how she would like her son to be.

After a long, uncertain spring, TV is back, for the most part!

City Parks Foundation has announced SummerStage Jubilee, a free benefit concert supporting CPF's programs in parks, taking place across all SummerStage social platforms (SummerStage Instagram, SummerStage YouTube, Facebook page and Twitch) via live stream on Thursday, September 17 at 8:00PM EST.

On Friday, August 7, 3-D's Executive Producer/Artistic Director T.J. Dawson will welcome voice actor Bill Farmer (The Voice of Goofy) to 'Fantastical Friday.' Dawson will speak to Farmer from 2:00-3:30 PM (PDT) on Facebook Live @3DTShows.  

Film at Lincoln Center announced today that Steve McQueen’s Lovers Rock will be the Opening Night film of the 58th New York Film Festival, making its World Premiere.

Featuring new performers with every show, the weekly, award-winning Piano Bar Live! (PBL!) streams this Tuesday, July 28th at 7:15 pm ET with host Scott Barbarino and Ivan Danylets and Lydia Sabosto sharing piano duties.

Drayton Entertainment's St. Jacob's Country Playhouse has kicked off their 2020 season with a memorable production of Aaron Sorkin's A FEW GOOD MEN. Despite its critical acclaim, this play is likely less familiar to most theatregoers than the classic movie it inspired. This provides an extra challenge to the company to inhabit roles made famous by the likes of Jack Nicholson, Tom Cruise and Demi Moore, and to make the characters their own. It takes no time at all to be fully confident that director Marti Maraden has assembled a company that has done just that.

The New Line Film Series continues during the run of Head Over Heels, with the brilliant 1986 film musical ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS, a fascinating companion piece to the mainstage show, running one night only, Wednesday, March 18, at 7:00 pm.
