Full casting has been announced for Hello, Dolly! as one of the most iconic musicals of all time comes to the Adelphi Theatre this summer. This brand new production is headlined by Imelda Staunton, as she reunites with director Dominic Cooke, following the critically acclaimed production of Follies at the National Theatre.

Musical legends Mariah Carey, Annie Lennox / Dave Stewart p/k/a Eurythmics, Ernie Isley / Marvin Isley / O'Kelly Isley / Ronald Isley / Rudolph Isley / Chris Jasper p/k/a The Isley Brothers, Steve Miller, Chad Hugo / Pharrell Williams p/k/a The Neptunes, Rick Nowels and William “Mickey” Stevenson will become the latest inductees of the Songwriters Hall of Fame at the organization's 51st Annual Induction and Awards Dinner. These legendary songwriters wrote mega-hits such as, 'Vision of Love,”  “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This),” “Shout,” “The Joker,” “Hollaback Girl,” “Heaven is a Place on Earth,” and “Dancing In The Street.” The star-studded induction event is slated for Thursday, June 11th at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. In what has become an annual ritual, a total of 40 established and emerging composers, lyricists, and librettists will converge on the Goodspeed campus from mid-January through mid-February 2020 to participate in the Johnny Mercer Foundation Writers Colony at Goodspeed Musicals. The writing teams, representing 15 new musicals, will populate the campus, creating a truly exciting environment for discovery and inspiration.

For the upcoming festive season, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil) brings two stylish programmes to audience in Hong Kong. In anticipation of Christmas celebrations, composer/jazz pianist HIROMI joins hands with fellow Japanese conductor Ryusuke Numajiri to share her music in two nights of jazz at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall on 23 & 24 December. And to bid farewell to the year 2019, British conductor Christopher Warren-Green teams up with Canadian/American coloratura soprano Sharleen Joynt to bring our audience a Viennese New Year in Hong Kong. Two performances will take place at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall: one each on 30 & 31 December.

The New York Pops performs the timeless music of Rodgers and Hammerstein on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. in Find Your Dream: The Songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein joined by guest artists Laura Michelle Kelly and Max von Essen, as well as Judith Clurman's Essential Voices USA. The concert spans all eleven of Rodgers and Hammerstein's classic collaborations, including 'People Will Say We're in Love' from Oklahoma!, 'You'll Never Walk Alone' from Carousel, 'Some Enchanted Evening' from South Pacific, 'I Have Dreamed' from The King and I, and 'Climb Ev'ry Mountain' from The Sound of Music.

Goodspeed Musicals has announced this year's cast of A Connecticut Christmas Carol - the musical treat infused with Connecticut flavor by LJ Fecho and Michael O'Flaherty. Perfect for the holidays, A Connecticut Christmas Carol, the family-friendly take on the Dickens classic, will return to The Terris Theatre December 4 - 28, 2019. The Garden of Dreams Foundation announced today that the 2019 Garden of Laughs event, presented by Delta Air Lines, once again raised more than $2 million for the Foundation to aid its efforts to make dreams come true for tri-state area children in need. Since its inception in 2013, the biennial Garden of Laughs comedy benefit has raised $7 million in total for the charity.
