Multi-platinum-selling singer/songwriter Calum Scott has released his emotionally empowered new single and video “If You Ever Change Your Mind.” A bittersweet but uplifting reflection on a painful relationship, “If You Ever Change Your Mind” is the third song that Calum has shared from his highly anticipated sophomore album.

This legitimate Broadway Baby and veteran of TV and Film makes her solo debut at Broadway’s living room. Sharon will share showbiz stories and soar through a stellar musical journey of her career, singing songs from her roles in Caroline, or Change; Jekyll and Hyde; Dreamgirls; Rent; and The Wiz; as well as some of her original tunes. 

We got a chance to chat with Melissa Jacques (who plays Jamie's mother Margaret) on her history with JAMIE, her first time working in Los Angeles and the decline of theatre etiquette.

The new single comes on the heels of Alison’s euphoric dark-side banger, “f**k U Love U,” and her year-end performance at Decadence in Arizona. Multi-platinum rock band Shinedown has announced their second headlining 2022 North American outing, The Revolution’s Live Tour, with special guests The Pretty Reckless and DIAMANTE. Grammy winning and legendary hip-hop artist Nas announced today the “Concert to Feed NYC” on Thursday, Sept. 23 at the historic Forest Hills Stadium in Queens. Proceeds from the concert will benefit City Harvest, New York City’s first and largest food rescue organization, during a time of historic food insecurity across the city, and the costs of the venue have been generously donated.

Flint Repertory Theatre is presenting Songs for a New World by Jason Robert Brown starring Broadway’s Bonnie Milligan, Emily Padgett, Cory Shorter, and Josh Young. The outdoor concert is taking place July 23rd and July 24th. BWW Detroit had a chance to speak with Director Bill Fennelly and Milligan about it and the importance of live theatre.

After fourteen years of producing a nationally recognized Festival in the springtime, the organization will return to a year-round format, as it looks to expand its presence and visibility in the growing North Texas arts scene.
