What did our critic think of DREAMGIRLS at Paramount Theatre Aurora IL?

Start spreading the news.  On July 1, Real Gone Music and Second Disc Records will revisit a landmark album recorded in the heart of New York, New York by one of the most extraordinary entertainers of all time, Liza Minnelli's electrifying Live in New York 1979. 

This week Jennifer Holliday and Loretta Devine will sit down on Friday Night Vibes to discuss their experience working on 'Dreamgirls' with Tiffany Haddish and co-host Deon Cole. Additionally, super fan Diimond Meeks will perform 'And I Am Telling You' on the episode. Holliday and Devine starred in the original Broadway production of the musical.

Based loosely on the story of The Supremes, Dreamgirls originated on Broadway back in 1981 and went on to impress the West End a few years ago. Now on a UK tour, the show continues to sparkle. Read our critic's review.
