BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present the return of Karen Mason with her concert “Christmas! Christmas! Christmas!” on Monday, December 19 at 7:00 PM. Mason’s legendary holiday show features unique interpretations of old and new seasonal classics.

BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present the 13th Annual “A Swinging Birdland Christmas” – starring vocalists Klea Blackhurst, Jim Caruso, and Billy Stritch – for six performances from Tuesday, December 20 to Sunday, December 25 at 5:30 PM.

Concord Theatricals announced the launch of its new record label, Concord Theatricals Recordings. The label will be the home to many of the finest cast albums and theater artist recordings, including Concord Theatricals’ previous releases with Concord’s Craft Recordings label.

New York City Ballet today announced that it is postponing the start of its 2022 Winter Season at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts for nine days due to the recent surge of COVID-19 in New York City, which resulted in the Company not being able to rehearse during the last two weeks of December.

Now in its 53rd season, under the baton of Music Director and Conductor Maestro Cal Stewart Kellogg the Symphony will perform works by English composers Sir William Turner Walton and Sir Edgar Elgar in a Salute to England, featuring violist Nancy Buck at 2 p.m., on Sunday, Jan. 16.
