The Colburn School has announced its 2022-23 season, which brings together the School's exceptional students and faculty with today's most esteemed artists in a wide variety of free or low-cost programs offered on campus and throughout Los Angeles. 

Audiences are invited to return to the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music's (CCM) concert halls and theaters to experience world-class performances and presentations by the next generation of performing and media artists!

Steppenwolf Theatre Company will present the Steppenwolf for Young Adults’ world premiere of 1919, adapted by J. Nicole Brooks from Eve L. Ewing’s collection of luminous and searing poems about the killing of Black teenager Eugene Williams in 1919 off the segregated Chicago lakeshore – and how this tragedy reverberates today.

TV dancing sensation and international champion Johannes Radebe will be presenting a brand-new production Johannes Radebe: Freedom Unleashed. Johannes Radebe: Freedom Unleashed will open on 31 March and run through to 27 May 2023, performing across the UK and with a week-long run at London’s Peacock Theatre from 4 – 8 April 2023.

The enduring power of portraiture through time will be on show when two major exhibitions open at the Art Gallery of South Australia in July. Large-scale video portraits by ground-breaking artist Robert Wilson will be presented in the Australian premiere and exclusive exhibition, Robert Wilson: Moving portraits, alongside Archie 100: A Century of the Archibald Prize - a national touring exhibition that celebrates 100 years of Australia’s most prestigious portrait award. One ticket will give audiences access to experience both exhibitions.

Pasadena Playhouse has announced the 2022/2023 Season featuring a six-month-long celebration of the works and impact of Stephen Sondheim.  The State Theater of California’s Sondheim Celebration will begin in January 2023 and extend into June.  Find out what shows are included and the full schedule.

The Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College will bring back “City as a Venue” after a successful inaugural presentation in 2021. Originally concepted to keep arts programming active and provide an outlet for the community during the pandemic, the FAC offered a summerlong series outdoors on campus and at various locations across the city. While COVID restrictions have lifted, and indoor programming is back, the City as a Venue line up will this year include both indoor and outdoor programming.

Grammy-nominated blues artist Guy Davis has been declared an American Folk Hero by the Town of Cortlandt, New York. City officials and artist advocate Gabe Kis will gather at the Paramount Theater in Peekskill on Saturday, March 26 to deliver the declaration to Davis, before his upcoming concert at the theater.

The musical Star of Wonder: A New Musical returns to West Valley for a second year, after 2020's successful run. Performances will be held December 4-11, 2021 at the West Valley Performing Arts Center (formerly Harman Theatre). The production showcases a live band and exceptional local cast.

The Princeton Symphony Orchestra has announced its 2022 Spring Subscription Series with live, in-person performances at the orchestra's home venue of Richardson Auditorium on the campus of Princeton University.

The actors who will be playing the five Osmond brothers in the world premiere of THE OSMONDS: A New Musical are Ryan Anderson as Merrill Osmond, Jamie Chatterton as Alan Osmond, Alex Lodge as Jay Osmond, Danny Nattrass as Wayne Osmond and Joseph Peacock as Donny Osmond. 

Initial casting has been announced for THE OSMONDS: A New Musical, which will make its world premiere this February at Curve Leicester. 

In the first weeks of their 2021–22 season, the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Andris Nelsons continue their exploration of major works by Richard Strauss, alongside music of Mozart, Sibelius, and Still, and welcome acclaimed guest artists Lucas and Arthur Jussen and Lisa Batiashvili back to the Symphony Hall stage.
