FringeArts has announced the full roster of programming for the 26th Annual Philadelphia Fringe Festival, a city-wide celebration of progressive, world-class art that expands the imagination and boldly defies expectations. The Festival will take place on September 8 through October 2.

Launching their first complete season this fall, thanks to a recently announced $750,000 grant from the Mellon Foundation, Cerise Jacobs and her activist opera company, White Snake Projects (WSP), present Cosmic Cowboy: a work of poli sci-fi that blends ancient history and fantasy to talk about the subject of colonization.

Garner Theatre Productions released its cast list for the Actor-Musician workshop of Bright Star, the Tony nominated bluegrass musical written and composed by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell. This will be the first Toronto production of the Broadway musical. Bright Star's public presentations of the workshop will take place August 25 & 26.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre announced the full cast and creative team for the world premiere musical, Goddess. The musical stage production is conceived and directed by Saheem Ali, music and lyrics by Michael Thurber, and written by Jocelyn Bioh. Previews begin Saturday, August 13, and the show runs through Sunday, September 25.

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley announced its 52nd season, featuring six plays and musicals to be presented November 2022 through August 2023. Three of the season's productions will be mounted at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, and three will be staged at Palo Alto's Lucie Stern Theatre. Subscriptions are now available; single tickets will be available in the coming months at TheatreWorks.org.

CHELSEA TABLE + STAGE  has announced a special Pride Edition of The Boy Band Project’s “Boy Band Brunch” on Sunday, June 26 at 2:00 PM. A portion of ticket sales will benefit The LGBT Network, a non-profit organization that is a home and a voice for LGBT people, their families, and support systems in Long Island and Queens.

The Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami (MOCA) is pleased to announce two new site-specific installations coming to the MOCA plaza on July 29 and Oct. 14. Autumn Casey's “Cliff and April” and Chire “VantaBlack” Regans' “To What Lengths” were selected following MOCA's 2022 open call to artists for its “Art on the Plaza” series.

The Max Original comedy STARSTRUCK, created by comedian and writer Rose Matafeo, has been renewed for a third season by HBO Max and co-producer BBC Three. The series is co-written by Matafeo, Alice Snedden and Nic Sampson, with Matafeo and Snedden also directing.
