Legendary composer/arranger Tom Kitt (Next to Normal, Jagged Little Pill) has teamed up with TodayTix at Tavern to celebrate the release of his debut studio album, Reflect. The 2-time Tony Award winner will sit down at the piano while special guests perform songs from the album, along with iconic numbers from some of Tom’s most well-known musicals.

This Friday, July 23, Fort Salem Theater proudly presents Next To Normal, running through August 1. This will be the second musical of the season, following an extended run of The Marvelous Wonderettes, which reopened the theater under new management on June 18 (closing June 27). The Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Next to Normal opens this weekend at Lake Worth Playhouse. The play will run March 26 - April 11, 2021.

Today we flashback to 2010, when Next to Normal performed on the Bryant Park stage. Next to Normal opened on April 15, 2009 at the Booth Theatre, where it played for 733 performances. Bristol Riverside Theatre follows up its season opener, An Act of God, with Kim Wayans and continues its 33rd Season with Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey's Broadway hit, Next To Normal. This Tony and Pulitzer winning musical drama about a family coming apart at its center runs October 29 to November 24, 2019. Opening Night is Thursday, October 31 at 7:30pm. BRT's Artistic Director Keith Baker directs this rock musical that features NYC-based actress Donna Vivino in the role of Diana.. NEXT TO NORMAL, the award-winning rock musical about a suburban family dealing with mental health illness, will be performed at the USMAR ISMAIL THEATRE HALL, Jakarta on Tuesday, August 20th 2019. This musical is produced by JAKARTA YOUTH FOR PERFORMING ARTS (JYPA) and officially licensed through Music Theatre International (MTI). JYPA is also collaborating with mental health and suicide prevention community INTO THE LIGHT.

The Next Chapter Actors will present Next to Normal at Fox Cities Performing Arts Center Aug. 8-10.

Cue Zero Theatre Company closes their first full season with the Tony Award winning musical, Next To Normal, presented at the Hatbox Theatre in Concord, NH.
