Riley Green has announced his 2024 Ain’t My Last Rodeo Tour. Supporting him on arena and amphitheater stages across the country will be Tracy Lawrence across select dates and Ella Langley across all dates. Bringing his forthcoming (October 13) album, Ain’t My Last Rodeo to life, the 33-city tour will run from February 22nd through June 1st. 

Hersh wrote, performed, and produced Clear Pond Road at Stable Sound Studio. She incorporates strings and ambient field recordings on the record to lushly cinematic effect, with the close-up intimacy and sensory nature of each track culminating in a record that resembles a sonic memoir, or a home movie caught in time.

The Britten Sinfonia is unusual in the world of professional orchestras, in that they don’t have the now-traditional principal conductor as their figurehead, instead choosing to collaborate with leading exponents of the field. For this Prom, violinist Thomas Gould both played and acted as director; this harks back to the early days of orchestral performances, where the first violin tended to be the concertmaster - conductors only began to be more prevalent in the 19th century.
