The acquisition of knowledge is important to me. Before this production, I knew nothing about The Lehman Brothers and their capitalistic pursuit. After the production, which was three-hours long, I thoroughly knew their evolution from shop owners to investment bankers and their integral role in the crash of the stock market that led to their bankruptcy in September 2008.

Based on the 2003 movie starring Jack Black, the stage show debuted in 2015. It’s written by Julian Fellowes (Downton Abbey) with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Glenn Slater.

Kevin, who wears two hats in this production as producer and as Colonel Parker, managed to carve out some time to answer a few of my queries between his producing and rehearsing obligations for The Manager and his current stint as John Boehner role in 44.
