The Employee Dharma Handbook is a world premiere play by Geetha Reddy, directed by Snehal Desai, and presented by TheatreWorks Silicon Valley as the opening production of Season 56. Set at a Silicon Valley aerospace company, HR executive Val investigates a potential staffing issue among lead engineers, only to uncover simmering tensions of ancient origins among the company's Indian immigrant employees that threaten an upcoming rocket launch. The cast features Megan Suri, Kapil Talwalkar, Kunal Dudheker, Kathryn Smith-McGlynn, and Ranjita Chakravarty. The play originated from TheatreWorks' New Works Festival and is a recipient of the Kurjan/Butler commission.
